We offer the following shipping options via Australia Post:

Cost

Free Shipping: When you spend over $100.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100
Express Shipping: Flat rate of $12 for all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia using Australia Post.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Track Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on our website or through Australia Post’s website.

Delays

Occasionally, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Pre-sale

  • All pre-sale items will be shipped the day after the pre-sale ends.
  • If you purchase both pre-sale items and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-sale ends. This ensures you only pay for shipping once. Please allow for processing time once the pre-sale concludes.
  • If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-sale and in-stock items.

At Neesh Australia Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s a brief overview of our returns policy:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and gift cards.
  • Process: Contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. Once approved, follow the instructions provided to ship the item back to us.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 3-10 business days for processing.
